News Articles: Full Article Detail Scapa Flow with Arnold In Depth Divers09/03/2007Nicola and Martin from Beyond Blue visited Scapa Flow in the Orkneys with Arnold In Depth Divers. Adrian from In Depth had originaly planned the trip to Oban so he and other divers from the club could complete their Oroboros Module 2 (Normoxic Trimix)course with Phil Short. Unfortunately though the boat for the trip couldn't be made ready in time so Adrian re arranged the trip diving off the Jean Elaine with Andy Cuthbertson. For the time of year the weather was expectedly tubulent and we lost one afternoons diving because of it. There were a few green faces around as well as the sea got very choppy. Dives were completed to the Koln, Karlsruhe and the Markgraf in about 45 meters on a 10/50 trimix diluent. The guys on the course still have one dive left to do which will be done over Easter at Chepstow.
