News Articles: Full Article Detail Advanced Course Day Two20/04/2005To finish off the course Matt and Stuart headed off to Stoney Cove to complete the Deep dive and then the Search and Recovery dive. The site was very busy for mid week, and by the time we got in the visibility had already been somewhat reduced. We went down the road to complete the skills on the deep dive before getting out after 30 minutes. The second dive on the shelf saw the buddy pair search for and find a small whistle using a circular search pattern, then find and lift a 'lost' weight belt using a lift bag. A good days diving finished off in the pub to complete the paperwork for Advanced Open Water divers.
